Welcome to Spring Creek EMDR
Therapy for thoughtful, capable adults who are ready for deeper change.
You may be looking for therapy because you are tired of managing anxiety, shame, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, or relationship patterns that keep repeating. You may have done a lot of reflecting already and still find yourself reacting, shutting down, people-pleasing, overthinking, or feeling disconnected from yourself.
My work is especially focused on trauma, anxiety, depression, dissociation, attachment wounds, grief, life transitions, and the protective patterns that once helped you survive but now keep you feeling stuck.
I provide specialized virtual therapy for adults who may appear steady or high-functioning on the outside, while internally feeling anxious, overwhelmed, self-critical, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that insight alone has not been able to shift.
Using EMDR, IFS, and nervous-system-informed therapy, we work with the deeper roots of trauma, anxiety, depression, dissociation, grief, life transitions, and relationship concerns so healing can happen with more clarity, safety, and lasting internal change.
Couples therapy is available for partners who want to better understand the protective patterns underneath conflict, slow reactive cycles, and create more clarity, connection, and trust.
I also offer consultation for clinicians across the U.S. and Canada who are integrating EMDR and IFS into complex trauma work, including dissociation, addictions, anxiety, phobias, and stuck trauma-processing patterns.
You are welcome here exactly as you are. Spring Creek EMDR is an LGBTQ+ affirming and neurodivergent-friendly practice where your identity, lived experience, communication style, sensory needs, and way of moving through the world are respected. Therapy is collaborative, thoughtful, and responsive to you,
