Insight helps, but it often is not enough to shift trauma responses held in the nervous system, protective parts, and old attachment wounds.

Using EMDR, IFS, and nervous-system-informed trauma therapy, we work with unresolved experiences, shame, dissociation, people-pleasing, perfectionism, grief, and emotional overwhelm so you can build more internal safety, clarity, Self-leadership, and lasting change.

Couples therapy is available for partners impacted by trauma, attachment wounds, protective patterns, or reactive cycles. With advanced training in IFIO, IFS, EFT, and trauma-focused relational therapy, couples work focuses on slowing conflict, understanding what is happening underneath disconnection, and rebuilding trust, clarity, and connection.

Consultation is available for clinicians integrating EMDR and IFS into complex trauma work.

As a Level 3 IFS Certified Therapist, EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist, and EMDRIA Approved Consultant, I specialize in trauma therapy for adults who are dealing with:
