Therapy

Your time matters. Therapy should help you do more than understand your patterns, it should help you change them.

I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults who are ready to address the root of their distress, not just manage symptoms. You may be used to holding a lot, thinking deeply, and relying on competence to get through hard things. From the outside, you may appear steady or successful, while internally feeling anxious, overwhelmed, self-critical, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that insight alone has not been able to shift.

Our work will focus on what is happening beneath the symptoms. Together, we will pay attention to your nervous system, protective patterns, internal conflict, attachment wounds, shame, and the parts of you that learned to adapt, manage, or survive. The goal is not just coping, but creating meaningful internal change that allows you to feel more steady, connected, and free.

As a Certified EMDR Therapist and Level 3 IFS Certified Therapist, I specialize in helping adults work through trauma, anxiety, shame, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, and relationship patterns that have been difficult to change through insight alone. This may include childhood trauma, medical or workplace trauma, emotional or psychological abuse, attachment wounds, estrangement, chronic health stress, or major life transitions.

Sessions are active and experiential, but never rushed. We move at a pace that respects your system while staying oriented toward progress. Many of my clients are capable, high-functioning adults and professionals who are tired of insight alone and want therapy that leads to observable internal shifts.

All sessions are held via secure telehealth, allowing you to access specialized, integrative care without disrupting your schedule.

Couples Therapy

I offer couples therapy for partners who want to better understand the patterns they get caught in, communicate more clearly, repair disconnection, and strengthen trust.

With advanced training in IFIO, IFS, attachment theory, and trauma-focused relational therapy, I help partners slow reactive cycles and understand what is happening underneath conflict, shutdown, distance, or repeated misunderstandings.

Couples therapy may be a good fit if you are navigating conflict cycles, emotional distance, attachment injuries, relational stress, life transitions, or the impact of trauma on your relationship.

Fees & Insurance

Spring Creek EMDR is a private-pay practice. I do not bill insurance for therapy or consultation services.

  • Individual therapy sessions are $150 for 60 minutes.

  • Couples therapy sessions are $175 for 60 minutes or $200 for 75 minutes.

  • I offer free 20-minute initial consultations for prospective clients who would like to discuss fit before scheduling.

For individual therapy, I can provide a superbill if you would like to seek possible out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance company. Reimbursement depends on your specific plan, deductible, out-of-network benefits, and telehealth coverage, and is not guaranteed.

A person is a fluid process, not a fixed and static entity; a flowing river of change, not a block of solid material; a continually changing constellation of potentialities, not a fixed quantity of traits.
