Therapy

Your time matters. Therapy should be focused, thoughtful, and effective.

I provide trauma-informed psychotherapy for adults who are ready to address the root of their distress, not just manage symptoms. Our work will integrate the most up-to-date treatment approaches in a way that helps resolve trauma, reduce reactivity, and create meaningful, lasting change.

As a Certified EMDR Therapist and Level 3 IFS Certified Therapist, I specialize in working with complex trauma, dissociation, attachment wounds, and long-standing internal conflict. EMDR helps the nervous system process and integrate unresolved experiences. IFS helps us understand and work directly with the parts of you that learned to protect, adapt, or survive. Together, this integration allows trauma to be processed while maintaining internal safety, clarity, and Self-leadership.

Sessions are active and experiential, but never rushed. We move at a pace that respects your system while staying oriented toward progress. Many of my clients are capable, high-functioning adults and professionals who are tired of insight alone and want therapy that leads to observable internal shifts.

All sessions are held via secure telehealth, allowing you to access specialized, integrative care without disrupting your schedule.

Couples Therapy

I also offer couples therapy for partners who want to better understand their patterns, improve communication, repair disconnection, and strengthen trust.

My work with couples is informed by IFIO and IFS, EFT, attachment theory, and trauma-informed relational therapy, helping partners slow reactive cycles and build more connected ways of relating.

Couples therapy may be a good fit for conflict cycles, emotional distance, attachment injuries, relational stress, life transitions, or the impact of trauma on the relationship.

A person is a fluid process, not a fixed and static entity; a flowing river of change, not a block of solid material; a continually changing constellation of potentialities, not a fixed quantity of traits.
